After this morning's results the draw for Round 3 of the 40th Gledhill Cup now looks a lot clearer.  There are many intriguing fixtures to look forward to on October 8th.
The fixtures secretary, Carole Cox, has asked us to inform you that the final notification date for postponement requests for October is next Monday (September 4th).  Requests must be made by letter or by E-Mail to  No postponement requests are allowed for Cup dates.

Here's the draw for the opening two rounds of the Lancashire Sunday Trophy.  (Sponsored by Interserve). Twenty two of our clubs are flying the flag for the BFSFA in Europe this season.  They've all managed to avoid each other as well as receiving a bye through to round 2.  Let's 'ave it this season !
OK, I've now received the full draw for the second round when all the so called 'Big Guns' join in.  Plus, we've already lost a club as a side in Division 1 calls it quits.
One of the best things about being a part of the BFSFA for 2006/07 will be the strong likelihood of your involvement in the 40th Gledhill Cup.  It's almost certainly the longest running and most famous Sunday Cup competition in the world.  Here's the draw for Round 1.
